"Breaking News," the new Michael Jackson song, was posted to MichaelJackson.com shortly after midnight ET Monday morning.



There had been some debate in Michael's family  about whether the vocals are really Michael's, but numerous experts say it is 100% definitely, positively MJ.  There is little doubt, especially since we know it was recorded in 2007 at a home studio in New Jersey, the exact place and time Michael had been living with his family.

Nevertheless, we ask ...Is it Michael?

Lily Allen was hospitalized for blood poisoning just a week after she suffered from a miscarriage. So sad!

Lily has been having one really bad month and things just keep getting worse for my favorite British singer.

She is being treated for the potentially lethal blood poisoning condition septicaemia.

Lily Allen Suffers Miscarriage

"She is responding well to treatment and her condition continues to improve," a rep for Allen said in a statement. "Lily thanks everyone for their messages of support and again asks that she and partner Sam Cooper be left alone whilst she recovers."

She was rushed to the hospital on Friday night and thankfully she went just in time because if the condition is not treated it can develop into septic shock if untreated.

Lily was 6 months pregnant and suffered a miscarriage for the second time. She's made it very clear that all she wants is to have a family and children so this is just so sad!

Julien Hug of 'The Bachelorette' committed suicide; Reality star was found dead earlier in the week

Julien Hug, a former contestant on the ABC dating series The Bachelorette who died earlier this week at age 35, committed suicide by shooting himself and left a note for his parents.

The reality star's body was found was found in a remote area near a highway in Southern California on Wednesday. A coroner's report said he died that day and cited a self-inflicted gunshot wound as the cause of death.

"In his letter to us he stated that he was suffering from acute depression and he felt it was his only way out," Hug's parents, Bertrand and Denise, said in a statement carried by People magazine. "While publicly outgoing, he was an extremely private person who internalized everything. Our son meant the world to us and this came as a complete shock." Julien Hug worked as a restaurateur, along with his parents, who owns and runs the Mille Fleurs restaurant in San Diego.
"We are beyond devastated and completely distraught," his parents' statement said. "What we saw was his thirst for life with fast cars, motorcycles and his love of skydiving."
Photos posted on Julien Hug's Facebook page show the reality star driving a motorcycle and skydiving.
Hug starred in the first two episodes of the fifth season of The Bachelorette in 2009, which featured Jillian Harris, who is now a member of the interior design team on the ABC reality series Extreme Makeover Home Edition.
"Please say a prayer for the loss of a friend this morning," Harris wrote on her Twitter page on Thursday. "Life is fragile, don't forget to love the ones you love."

Zach Galifianakis enjoys being in the UK, but thinks people are aggressive and confrontational towards him because of his beard.

Zach Galifianakis claims people in London wanted to fight him because of his beard.

The hirsute 'Due Date' actor was surprised by the hostile and confrontational attitude of some of the people he met when he briefly moved to the UK as a standup comedian.

He said: "I lived here for a brief period about ten years ago and I had a beard even then.

"There's not a lot of beards in your culture and people wanted to fight me because of it! I'm not even exaggerating, and people would, like, stop me in the street and say; 'What's with your f***ing beard?' and I didn't know what they were on about. Other than that I really like being in London."

The actor also said he'd not had any real plan to become a movie star - with his breakthrough role coming in 2009 film 'The Hangover' - but that he got "lucky".

He told BANG Showbiz: "It takes a long time to make a transition from comedy to film, but I never had a plan to be in these kinds of movies and stuff, but I just got lucky, a lot of its luck, but you've got to make yourself lucky."

Zach was also daunted when he found out that he'd be starring alongside Robert Downey Jr. in 'Due Date'.

He said: "When Todd he told me that Robert was in it, it was doubly exciting, and to be honest I didn't have any other offers so that's definitely the reason."

Nick Lachey is Engaged!

     Jessica Simpson Sad, but Not Surprised by Nick's Engagement

Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo's engagement news on Thursday came as a surprise for everyone except ex-wife Jessica Simpson, who knew the day would come when the man she let get away would propose to another woman.

"Even though Jessica wants to be happy for Nick, this is a very difficult time for her," a friend of Simpson's tells me. "Nick was the love of her life then, man, and he was her first, so she will always have a very special place in her heart for him. She's deeply saddened."
The happy couple told Us Weekly that they were excited and incredibly happy about their engagement and look forward to a wonderful future together. Classy Nick got down on one knee and popped the question with an Asscher-cut diamond.

It was merely months after his ugly divorce from Jessica that Nick and Vanessa started dating in 2006, and although they briefly separated last summer, they got back together very quickly.

"Nick knows what it's like to lose someone that you love and wasn't going to let it happen again," a friend of the crooner tells me. "He never thought he would ever get married again after Jessica broke his heart. He never thought he would ever allow himself to be vulnerable again, but after dating for a long time he trusts Vanessa and knows she's the girl he wants to spend the rest of his life with."

A Simpson insider tells me Jessica has yet to contact Nick to say congrats, and that it's possible it may stay that way for a while, for fear she may not come off as sincere.

"If you can't say something nice, it's better to say nothing at all."

Lil Wayne -- Banned from Booze for 3 Years

Lil Wayne is not allowed to consume one single drop of alcohol for the next three years of his life -- this according to probation documents obtained by TMZ.



The documents -- which became effective today -- clearly state that Wayne "may not consume or drink any substance containing alcohol" as long as he's on probation ... for the next 36 months.

Wayne is also prohibited from knowingly associating with any person engaged in criminal activity or any person with a criminal record without prior written approval from the probation department.

And Wayne cannot possess illegal drugs, toxic vapors or controlled substances. He's also required to submit to drug and alcohol testing, per the probation dept. If Wayne violates any of the terms of his probation -- he could be sent to prison to serve out the remainder of his term.
